Living It Out

Despite what you have been told, God wants you to be happy in Him.  Jesus preached the greatest sermon ever spoken on a mountain with a very diverse audience.  Everyone was in that crowd. In the process, He began to establish His kingdom and baffle the listeners. Jesus said,

• Happy are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
  
  
• Happy are they that mourn for they shall be comforted.
  
  
• Happy are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.
  
  
• Happy are they who hunger and thirst after righteousness.
  
  
• Happy are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy.
  
  
• Happy are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
  
  
• Happy are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.
  
  
• Happy are they who are persecuted for righteousness sake.
